I signed up for rhe 30 day transformation in October and now I'm a full member. The sessions really push you and the trainers are fab at motivating you and keeping you going when you feel like giving up. Never ever did I think I'd be doing a 6am class but here I am three times a week and loving it. I feel so different too, it's been such a life changer for me. Huge thanks to Ellie and team ABC
We have been going to ABC for 2 years. The staff are always welcoming and theres a good variety of equipment. Membership prices are good value with a good range of classes.
Fantastic gym! I would 100% recommend A.B.C. Signed up to do the Pro Transformer and really enjoyed it. The results were incredible. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been a member for 3 months so far and could not imagine this gym not being part of my routine now.
I started at ABC on the Pro Transformer 6 week course and I’m now hooked and have signed up as a member! I’ve lost 2 and a half inches off my waist and I can see that I’ve toned up in my upper body as well. The classes are hard work, but the trainers also change them up regularly so you’re not doing the same exercises each time. The trainers I’ve had Damon and Ellis are very friendly and always check on how you are getting on and are genuinely interested in getting feedback. Overall the gym has a really inclusive feel to it and I’m actually enjoying dragging my butt out of bed for 6am classes!!
I have been to other gyms however by far A.B.C Gym has given me the best results. The support has been great, since Jerry and his team have helped me feel more confidence in myself. I really don’t know what I would’ve done without them. I’ve grown a sudden interest in pushing myself to my limits because of them. I had begun with a 6 week transformation programme but since then I’ve seen a lot of changes for the better good, because of this I was really happy with the results. Due to this I had upgraded my time to spend more time in the gym and focus more on myself. Thank you so much!
I have just completed the 6 week pro transformer course and I have signed up to become a member. I found the 6 weeks flew by so quickly and I really enjoyed the sessions. There was lots of flexibility with times of classes, which fit around my children and work commitments. I found working in a group really motivating. I liked the fact I’d meet different people who were at different stages of the programme ! The staff are really encouraging and support is available if you ask for it.
Me and my husband started this gym 5 weeks ago on the 6 week pro transformer sessions. These sessions are hard but really good. The trainers are great and defo push you to your limits. Who would have thought we'd be getting up at 5am to start the 6am sessions! We haven't been weighed yet but can certainly feel and see a different in our clothing. We are definitely thinking about something long term with the gym.
The only regret I have about joining ABC is that I didn’t do it sooner! The pro-transformer programme is great; the sessions are varied, challenging and enjoyable; the trainers are all so so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; and everyone taking part supports and encourages each other! If you’re even hesitating about joining, don’t, it’ll be so worth it!
I answered an advert on Facebook and I'm so glad I did. I've been doing the body transformation course for 3 weeks and I've already seen results, not only have I got some abdominal definition bit I'm sleeping better and am feeling less lethargic throughout the day. The trainers are supportive and encouraging and I love the buzz I feel after each class. The gym itself is always clean and the equipment is always in good working order - I've no doubt I'll be signing up to a membership and can't recommend the course and thr gym enough.
