I recently had to organise the funeral of my brother and A & A Walters were absolutely exceptional in every way, they were professional, caring and helped and advised me throughout, they arranged the right Celebrant for the funeral I wanted for him, I also opted to have a Moving Tribute involving photos of my brother growing up to be played at the service which again was exceptional, so much so everyone wanted copies which they can also provide. Family members have always used A & A Walters in the past and it was my first time to arrange a funeral and I can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else. He had a great send off on the day, I can not praise them enough. Thank you.

The best funeral directors my family have used, the staff are professional and sympathetic. A special thank you to Jeremy for arranging such a special presentation of my mum that we still watch everyday to help us through our griefing and a special thank you to Sam at the Bradley branch for making us feel so comfortable arranging mums funeral and assisting us everyday until the funeral. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them! We lost our mum to early it was a very distressing time, however from the moment I first called sam she took over the process of mum being collected from the hospital and there was an immediate sense of relief I will never forget that. The funeral directors also suggested a fantastic celebrant for the service called Helen she was fantastic, she came around to see us to learn more about mum, she spent nearly 3 hours with us. She has so much time for people. She made the service very special. I also appreciated how flexible the directors were around the times we got to spend with mum in the chapel, they helped us with setting up a website, making a presentation, assisting with the order of service and they work with a great company called Ashes to Glass to have charms/necklace etc made with your loved ones ashes. In the nicest way possible I hope to not use a funeral directors anytime in the future, however it would always be with A&A Walters going forward. Thank you so much.

Where do we begin to express our gratitude to all at Walters. Unfortunately our family has had three funerals in just over three years. Each send off has been arranged by Walters. Each service has been bespoke, incredibly special and truly outstanding. Each member of the Walters’ family have treated all of us gently, professionally and with utter respect. We aren’t easy to please. Our demands were many and some were, shall we say, a little out of the ordinary. Yesterday our beautiful Sharon was laid to rest and Walters made an unbearable day into a remarkable day, memory and comfort. Thanks to Steph for managing our rowdy bunch and her personal touch. Thanks to Jeremy for putting up with our late requests and alterations and for creating, yet again, the most moving and amazing photographic montage. Thanks to Jane, sweet lovely Jane, for guiding us through each time and for the heartfelt concern and for the beautiful service. Thanks to Phil for being a comfort too. Thanks to the fantastic staff who drove us to the chapel. They were so respectful and didn’t bat an eyelid at our ‘un-conventional’ Family. And last but certainly not least, a massive thanks to Mr Walters who walked side by side with my sister’s son as they led Sharon to her final resting place. Thank you so much from Vicky, Julie and all of Sharon’s family.
