If you want to experience the thrill of will the taxi turn up or will this company let me down this is the company to use. Looking at recent reviews it looks like they turn up around 60% of the time so the odds are slightly in your favour. Personally I would prefer a taxi to turn up within 5 minutes of the booked time and not have to contact the company to be told just 5 minutes away, 20 minutes later still no taxi, another call "he is in your street" still no taxi.

Turned up on the dot. Pleasant driver, quick journey. Will use again.

1st time I've used ABa Taxis but it certainly won't be the last. Booking process was easy & professionally dealt with. The taxi was waiting at the venue when we came out & the trip home quick. The driver was very pleasant & helpful.

Fantastic service and our driver was excellent he picked us up from Elmway Hilda Park last night about 6.30 infact he was a little early very dependable taxi service ,I wish I could remember his name he did tell me ,but in any case we use this firm all the time for all the reasons mentioned ,well done guysServicesService not listed

Collected me from work Christmas party last week - had to book a little in advance which for the time of year was expected. Driver turned up bang on time, pleasant to talk to and really went out of his way to get me home safe. Thank you.

Wish I could give zero stars for zero service. After promising they would definitely be there on the phone too, as I was getting dropped off by a work bus which was only making certain stops after a Christmas party. Taxi didn't turn up and firm wouldn't answer the phone. Left me standing in the middle of Chester Le Street at 1am on a Thursday night, no nearby taxi ranks on duty so had to ring round and wait half an hour for another firm to come and get me. Do not recommend, certainly not if you want a reliable service. Go elsewhere.

Booked a taxi for 11.15 tonight. When taxi didn't turn up.i rang and was told the taxi had appeared and had knocked on the door . He could sed the TV was turned on but nobody answered.  This was obviously untrue as there'd been no TV on all night. They then said they'd been at the right house as the bin had said number 18 and 19. We'll, if they'd allegedly seen the TV  at the front of the house then appeared at the back of the house where the bins are where did they actually allegedly knock on the door???  Surely if you book a taxi you should be able to rely on that service. If they knocked on a door where a TV was playing then it certainlyvwasnon my door.

Booked a taxi in advance for airport drop off. Taxi never turned up and no one answered the phone when I rang. Stressful time trying to sort an alternative lift to get to an important flight. Certainly won’t be booking them again or recommending anyone to use them. In a time during covid you would think they actually cared about having some business but obviously not.

I am so angry at this firm that I will be writing to the council to have their licence revoked. They left my neice on her own stranded last night. She had pre booked and they promised they would be there. She tried ringing them but no answer every time. Shame on you it’s a good job after 20 phone calls she managed to get another, it’s a good job she wasn’t attacked. You are not a responsible taxi firm and need striking off. Absolute disgrace.

Well what can I say, CHRISTMAS TARRIFF???? . Just been charged £30 from Chester-Le-Street to the beginning of Low Fell. Paid just £12 from a another firm in the summer for the same journey. Yes you have read this correctly. I agree increase the fares a little and tip you driver but do not rob me. Hope you are pleased with a profit of £27 as the fuel prop wouldn't have cost more than £3.. Best Wishes!!!!
