I attempted to contact A2B Taxis in Newquay in early December to book a taxi for the early hours of New Years Day. My first call went to an answerphone and I left a message. No response! The next three calls I was informed that I was first in the queue. Again no response! On 14th December I contacted them through their website. Finally received a response from Ryan Martin who I presume is a relative of the owner David Martin on 20th December. I accepted their quote and confirmed the details of collection point, destination, number of people etc. 1.00 am New Years day, no taxi, 2.00 am still no taxi. Called their number on a few occasions whilst waiting in the cold only to be informed via a recorded message that they were fully booked and to ring back later. Eventually got home via another taxi company at 2.30 am. On New Years Day read the reviews of A2B Taxis only to discover that they are serial offenders and frequently let people down. My advice as a local Trip Advisor is to avoid these 'cowboys' like the plague!Service:&nbsp;Limousines

Our driver was Mick he was fantastic, friendly and an all round Nice chap, one of the nicest taxis drivers we've had cannot recommend enough, arrived on time to pick us up. Would definitely use a2b again.

Turned up on time,  driver polite, and good price , would definitely use again

Booked a taxi 2 days before new year, got confirmation number and never arrived. Tried to call 30 minutes trying to get through and still no answer or taxi. Poor service from a local business for local people. Would never use again!

Booked a taxi to take me to the airport for an early morning flight. Did not turn up despite me receiving a confirmation text. Tried to call, no answer. Unreliable

Always choose a2b for taxis, very efficient and always feel safe with the drivers  very important for ladies traveling at night on their own.

Booked a taxi for 4.30 didnt turn up rang them at 4.40 and still no answer after 10 minutes useless company

Booked a taxi last Saturday was told 5 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. Used a different company was told 20 minutes they turned up in 7. I wouldn't recommend a2b cabs. They don't turn up at point a

We booked hours in advance and the booking was confirmed. 40 minutes after the pick up time my taxi was cancelled by A2B with no explanation or apology. Spent 30 minutes in a call queue and gave up in the end. Pathetic service, missed my own birthday meal because of this useless company. Stay away from A2B!
