Hi there shocked to read other reviews. Most peeps will only moan about service not a lot take the time to praise though. My experience with this company has been fantastic. After breaking my mirror body on my Berlingo 2017 that I needed to replace before the lease finished. 999 they directed me onto the correct part through chat. I was thinking it was going to cost 100s as it was electric and heated. But a mere £50 something delivered . Never questioned just paid. But the icing on the cake was that when it got here next day it was the FULL mirror. Front as well So it literally took me 3 minutes to fit. 3 torq screws jobs done. Plugged in all moves correctly. One word THANKYOU
Ordered a wing mirror for my van which didn't arrive not their fault but didn't realise the Royal Mail service they use is not signed for. After a discussion on the phone about waiting for a royal mail investigation they agreed to send a second mirror via courier which arrived. Mirror was correct model. Would use them again but opt for courier signed for.
If I could give no stars I would, waiting for days for a mirror so we phone up only to be told their tracking says delivered. Well we haven't received it, no card left informing of delivery if it's been left somewhere, no one home at the time. The 'manager's response was you've got to pay for another one! His response, he is protecting his company! Great! What if that one disappears too?! What about the out of pocket customer. That cant use their car as that part is needed for the mot!!! Very unhappy. He even accused me of lying and then hung up! Do not use!!!
This is a first class servive, I ordered a door mirror for my Relay van on a Friday afternoon, and it arrived the following Monday morning. It was the correct unit and 75% cheaper than the franchise dealer price. I of course will use you again and have passed your detaile to colleagues in the same line of business as my own.
Two stars are for fast delivery of a passenger side replacement wing mirror for my Astra, it came with the back plate which just needed clicking in to the casing - only trouble is it just wouldn't fit, I tried it, my husband tried it, I took it to a local garage but none of us could get it to click into place, the old one just clicked back in straight away. In the end I went to Halfords and bought just the replacement mirror with no back plate and they fitted it, cost about the same in the end. I was going to return the faulty one but the cost of buying a returns label at £4.25 just isn't worth the bother. Note to self 'buy cheap, pay dear'
Purchased a 2005 Mini wing mirror cover from this company. It was not the correct component and it did not fit. Completely useless. Would not recommend this company to anyone as they seem unable to ship the correct parts.
Firstly, the delivery options are not explained adequately, which resulted in me asking the "chat". This took a while to reply. Once I had decided I wanted to place the order, I tried to proceed onto the "payment" section or I tried to having several ERRORs pop up. Eventually, I gave up and decided to close and reopen the page. Second try. Same problem. One last refresh, actually worked! Added in all my payment info, payed for the product, went through the Lloyds safety checks. After everything had finished the page brought me back to the START of the checkout process. Which is confusing because most websites confirm with you on the following page that the purchase is complete. However, 999Autoparts takes you back to the checkout process WITH YOUR BASKET STILL FULL! Just some advice to 999 AutoParts, your website is decent and it probably works well in terms of processing an order. However, I think you need to clean up a few things, e.g. 1 Adding in a "Order Confirmed" page after a transaction. 2 Emptying a customers basket after a purchase. 3 Better delivery explanations.
sent for a 2014 hyundie i20 off side door mirror indicator . came in three days . perfect fit in mirror . and took me half an hour to fit . not as bright as the hyundie one but ok .
Thought that this was a bit of a scam - new wing mirror for less than half the price of a scrap item - WOW - within 2 days the mirror arrived and it's simply amazing - don't know how you guys do this but I'm so glad you do.
Terrible service from this company. They have not delivered the items ordered and have kept my money. I intend to begin legal proceedings as soon as possible to get my money refunded, luckily I bought with a credit card so I am protected by section 75 so do not anticipate any problems. Be warned do not buy from these people
