Ridiculous that we wait over an hour for food only for them to ring us AN HOUR LATER and tell us they're too busy to deliver and we're too far away (less than 1 mile) after accepting our order in the first place. Spoke to the takeaway and he hung up on us and was rude and obnoxious. We've ordered here religiously any time we got a takeaway and this is a disgusting way to treat regular customers. If you're too busy, then don't take orders and wait over an hour to tell people you're not gonna give them their order.

Dirty horrible delivery driver tried to sexually assaulted my girlfriend and scare her for her phone number. I'd advice any female not to order from these scum bags. The police will be involved after this

23/10/2017 Minimum charge is £6. My order came to £8.50 we've ordered many of times from 5 in 1 , and each time has been fine granted I spend quite a bit of money with them but the one time I spend less than £10, to order at 8:30, be given a delivery time of 9:30 including 15 minutes addon. Be called at 9:30 and have the person say, "we're too busy and it's too far away to deliver" and before even letting me speak, put the phone down. I wouldn't mind if I was told 5, or 10 mins after i'd ordered. to be made to wait for a whole hour, and called on the set delivery time stating that oh infact it's not delivering. it's an absolute pisstake, now it's too late to eat as to order now we'd have to wait another hour and it'd be almost 11. If you're going to turn delivery customers down because the price of the order is too little, then change the minimum order, and don't make them wait an hour with no news whatsoever. Won't be going again, shame. food was nice and i've recommended to alot of people, shall be sharing this experience with the same people.

Awful quality food! and we've ordered from them twice and have been late by 30-40 minutes each time. I would avoid this place and eat somewhere else.

The only take away in the UK to make the food hygiene people request that it be made law that takeaways have to show when they failed to even get one star........ Do not eat here
