Matt took over my property management when my previous management company went into liquidation. The difference in level of service is quite unbelievable...3D put the tenant as well as the landlord at the centre of their work which means that I can relax in the knowledge that my tenant is happy and the property is well maintained. Their communication is prompt, professional and always helpful. I would recommend 3d lettings to anyone.

I cannot recommend 3D lettings enough. I have used them to rent out my house for over 6 years. I’m notified immediately of any issues and Matt and Olivia go over and above to resolve them straight away.  I have had very little time where the property has not been occupied.  I have used a lettings agency attached to an estate agency in the past and the difference in the level of service isn’t even comparable. The level of service and professionalism that 3D lettings provide is outstanding.

3d Lettings have been managing my property since I moved abroad just over 12 months ago and have provided a brilliant service. Any issues that have arisen, I have been notified immediately. The team have supported in terms of the leasehold, and have found experts if something needed repairing. I would recommend 3d to anyone looking to rent out a property, or indeed a tenant looking to rent a home.

I initially choose 3D lettings due to their very reasonable pricing in terms of the percentage they take and the set up fees. Having now let properties with them for over 7 years I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my business. They offer a level of service you just don’t get from a major letting agent. Always available to take my calls and always resolving my tenants problems with the minimum of fuss. The fact my tenants very rarely change is testament to the quality of service they continue to provide. I would highly recommend 3D lettings.
