We are a care company based in Hull. We moved our business accounts to 360 Chartered Accountants due to being very dissatisfied with the service provided by our previous company, a high profile firm based in Hull. Running a business such as ours, particularly given the crisis in the health and social care sector, is fraught with challenges. Having 360 as a business partner is not a luxury for us, but essential in maintaining a quality service. We have dealings with several members of the team, but we feel the need to single out Jordan, who has spent a huge amount of time and skill and knowledge, in unraveling the mistakes and poor accountancy performance of our former accountant. His patience and advice has been instrumental in ensuring our business is in a very strong position going forward.
