My experience with 360 seems to differ from most, which is why I have been so disappointed with them. I moved over to 360 after previously using an online accountant who kept making mistakes and offering no help or advice when I required it. At a cost of just over £1000 including payroll, I was given the impression 360 would take care of all my accounting needs leaving me to get on with the running of my business. Unfortunately for me, I experienced no end of issues with them. To list a few: -My payroll/wage slips sent to me frequently late. -Incorrect dates on paperwork in their own portal which they require you to sign, and when told of this, not all of the paperwork was amended correctly. -Letters from HMRC demanding payment for PAYE/NIC liability when there shouldn't be any. 360 claim this is an error of HMRC, HMRC claim it's an error of 360. -Delays on occasions of over a week before getting a response via email -A request for me to provide information for 360 to complete my year end. This is despite me having Xero accounting software of which 360 were aware, which they can extract all the information they need from, but hadn't bothered requesting access or logging in in the 11 months I'd been paying them prior. -No promised discussions of tax saving opportunities, despite sending me a fancy leaflet about it with 10 days to go until my year end, and despite it being discussed in the initial client meeting with them. -Blaming the payroll girl for my problems when I made it clear I would be leaving at the end of my contract with them. I do all of my accounting myself on Xero, so all 360 had to do is pull the information from this at the year end, and do my payroll on time every month. Instead I had no end of problems and frustrations, which meant wasting valuable time correcting them. Pretty much any enquiry goes through several people within 360 before it's dealt with, and I suspect that's where a lot of the confusion starts. To summarise, I paid an awful lot of money for a really poor, mixed up service that I wouldn't want to repeat. EDITED TO RESPOND TO THE 360 RESPONSE BELOW This reply sums up my experience completely. First of all, it wasn't just payroll I had problems with, but you seem to be laying the blame solely at the feet of the poor girl who deals with it. Secondly, there was never an offer of a pre year end meeting. You didn't bother to contact me until 10 days before my financial year end, by sending me some files stating you need certain information which was readily available had you bothered to log in to Xero. Thirdly, you did prepare my accounts for the year, so it's nice to know you don't actually take any notice of what you do. Lastly, it would appear the only people struggling with your online portal is yourselves, as you upload incorrectly dated paperwork, then delete files as and when you please. The only input required from the client side is to read the paperwork and either approve or reject it, which is exactly what I did when I made you aware of your errors. I don't doubt I've made the correct decision in moving elsewhere after this nonsense reply.

We are looked after by Andy Steel but mainly Jono and Becky the service is excellent, I can sometimes be a bit disorganised mainly due to the nature of our work but Jono always go out of his way once a month to help us ensure everything is done correctly and efficiently Becky always sorts my payroll out and nothing is too much trouble for them Thank you

It already seems like a breath of fresh air using 360 Accountants, after using several others accountancy companies throughout the years 360 stand out from the crowd, they actually sit and discuss, answer questions and give you options and advice, something previous accountants couldn't do! all to make you life easy (like the Xero accounts system) i would also like to say thank you to Sean he has taken the time and discussed things and pointed me in the right direction, demonstrated what the 360 can offer, im sure we will be working with 360 for many years to come. very happy customer Chris @ QBCS Group Ltd
