Story

Located just off Grosvenor Square (entrance on South Audley Street) in the heart of Mayfair, 34 has become a modern-day classic since it opened in November 2011. Burned orange banquettes, oak parquet and a colourful contemporary art collection give the room a warm and inviting look, highlighted by the bespoke charcoal grill in the open kitchen. The grill, also known as a parrilla and fed by natural fuels, was custom-made and imported from Argentina.
Head Chef, Harvey Ayliffe has developed an eclectic menu, using the grill not only for beef, but also for seasonal game, fish and shellfish. “Lobster mac” is a perennial favourite, and there is a wide variety of salads and lighter dishes for the less carnivorous diners.

Wow …. A fantastic experience. My workplace had an event here, I travelled 3 hours and I was certainly very happy I made it. What a fabulous venue and location. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and fine details everywhere! The drinks were lovely, wine was great and the Scottish lager was very nice. Now for the best part, the food was superb ! Amazing flavours and great combination across the 3 courses. The people were more than friendly, it was a tremendous evening. Would I recommend this restaurant, 200% yes. Well done 34 Mayfair !
Had an ok meal on the night of our 40th wedding anniversary. The welcome was warm once we had sorted out we weren’t in the event upstairs and had actually booked to have dinner, and the service was attentive bordering on rushed. The starters were fantastic which gave us great expectations for our mains. However, they brought the wrong side dish for my wife, no serving spoon for mine, my wife’s meal was a bit overcooked but still ok but my halibut on the bone had numerous small bones which I wasn’t warned of. In fairness the staff were very apologetic and didn’t charge for the sides, which was nice of them and not something we asked for, and the overall ambience was great, just a bit disappointing in comparison with when I had eaten there previously. i would go back again but would ask more questions about the menu options. .
Food was really good, the sauces that accompanied all the dishes were super flavourful and complemented the dish immensely!! On top of the rib eye we ordered we ordered the lamb as well. The lamb didn’t have any gamy taste and basically melted in our mouths.Food: 5/5
Absolutely one of the best meals we had in London. Sophisticated atmosphere, every aspect was top notch. We had burrata to start, 34 hamburger and steak. Everything was absolutely delightful.Food: 5/5
Best Sunday Roast meat I ever tried. Special mention to Raquel and Jaime as they were very attentive, polite and helpful us to choose our meals. Place looks amazing also and decoration is superb Kid-friendliness: They accept kids
The service was friendly, quick to respond to any needs before we even had the chance to express them, and the bar kindly created cocktails to suit my dates tastes perfectly even though they had to be invented on the fly The food was wonderful, as you would expect of such a venue The ambiance is nice. Good really. It’s the only part that didn’t impress per say though

The tuna tartare was hands down the best we've ever had, bursting with flavor and freshness. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with every bite. The chicken waffles were a delightful combination of savory and sweet, while the mac n cheese was rich and creamy. Overall, 34 Mayfair delivers an unforgettable dining experience with top-notch service, exquisite food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly exceptional meal! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and the staff made sure to bring me gluten free bread and dessert. Kid-friendliness: We had a child with us and the staff was extra attentive with him.
