Had a bathroom fitted a year ago, it took them 4 weeks, the first thing removed was the shower, so we were left with no washing facilities for 4 weeks. The new shower never worked from day one. After numerous attempts to contact them (there is a claimed warranty on their services), we contacted a plumber, turns out it was a faulty temperature control cartridge in the shower, and not the nonsensical claim regarding the diameter of the gas feed to the boiler claimed by this bunch. This debacle was drawn out for almost a year. 2 fully certified plumbers have since confirmed the gas feed to the boiler is the correct diameter, due to the distance of said boiler to the gas meter. They get one star, because the flooring they put down was pretty good.
