Really happy with the service provided. Ben was really responsive to questions when discussing quotes and arranging the work to becarried out. Work completed to a high standard, friendly locksmith with no mess left at the property.
Great service, really friendly and efficient. Quote was received, had a time slot advised. Work was completed on time, to a great standard, and for the amount quoted for. In the nicest way, I hope I don't ever need to contact them again, as I hope I don't need a locksmith again. However if I do, I will be contacting these guys. Thank you.
Ben was very helpful in offering different options to repair or replace my lock. He was very efficient with the repair and explained the benefits of the new lock I'd chosen. He also responded to my call very quickly and arrived the next day. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
Really fantastic service, give you good information about the problem with your lock and explain all the options available. They also offer a price estimate over the phone which is really helpful for guidance. Have used the service before and would high recommend Ben or Mark.
Ben was absoltely great, very quick to respond, was able to come out at short notice, and gave great advice a coupleof other minor issues with the front and back doors over and beyond what i had asked him to do change the locks. Very happy with the service and highly recommend
Ben was professional, efficient and prompt. He came out the day after we contacted him, explained clearly what the problem was and put it right. The work was done quickly and with no mess. Ben was pleasant to deal with and we will definitely use his company again.
1st Defence locksmiths were very helpful and efficient. We had a full change of locks for the new property we had moved into, Ben was very prompt in responding to my enquiry. He gave advice and a quote over WhatsApp which was very efficient and booked us in at short notice. The installation process was very professional and efficient, Mark changed 4 locks for us, and took the time to explain the security features and how the locks work. I was very impressed with all element of our dealings with 1st defence locksmiths.

Did a great job. Came on the first day and didn’t have the part but explained alternative options and came back the next day to complete the job no problems. Very chatty and polite, would use again.
