Shocking company. I am surprised a business can survive with this level of poor customer services and greed. - If you are 'lucky' enough to get through to a human being when contacting Rooftop you'll be met with rude and unhelpful staff members. - The maintenance man is incompetent and often left more faults than when he arrived. You're better off investing time and money yourself to resolve faults. And let's face it, the state of their properties, you're going to incur a lot of maintenance issues. - Tried to scam us at the end of our tenancy charging for things and for faults that did not exist. Luckily, I had the good sense to take pictures before we moved out that proved them wrong. With this being said, it still took Rooftop 6 months to repay our deposits in full. I've had the pleasure of renting from a number of fantastic companies during my time living in Leeds - Rooftop was not one of them, this is the sort of letting agency that give student living a bad reputation. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Renewed for another year with Rooftop, Sam was extremely helpful from the beginning and made it very easy to renew and was quick with responding to any questions we had, they rolled our deposit over to our next tenancy which is very helpful.
Sam was able to answer any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. He allowed extra time for us to wait for our friend when she was stuck in traffic and running late. Didn't pressure us to sign and when we did, the online signup process was really easy to do. Can't speak highly enough of him and Rooftop Living
Very honest and transparent company to deal with. I had multiple landlords/agents over my 3+ years in Leeds but Rooftop Living are by far my preferred choice and recommendation to any student.
As an International Student I was very nervous when it came to the whole process of looking for a new property in Leeds. The team at Rooftop Living made it very easy for me and my friends. They made us feel very settled. We can't be more happy and I will tell all my friends to choose them when they are looking for a new house.

An excellent range of houses nearby the university. The level of service we had throughout our stay at the resort was very fair and excellent value for the money.
Sam showed us around 3 properties in Hyde Park and we loved all of them. Probably some of the best houses for students that I have seen.
I've been looking for accommodation in the last few weeks and from all the enquiries that I've submitted to many companies, the only one that answered with any kind of helpful response was this company. Would recommend.
