Ordered from just eat. The chow mein smelled sour like curdled milk and the chicken wings looked like they were plucked from a rotten corpse. Service was fine. Won't be back, regret not reading reviews before ordering.<b>Food</b>: 1/5
Absolutely terrible service, ordered a takeaway via just eat, message received saying enjoy your food and hasn't even arrived, phone call made and stated still with driver for delivery. 15mins later still hasn't arrived. Best advice never order from this place again.
Avoid this takeaway. The order wasn’t ready until 80minutes later than the confirmed delivery time and then took another 10 minutes to be delivered to the wrong house. To make matters worse the manager then made the driver refund the order out his own pocket or he’d sack him.
Not great. Thought I would give this place a try for the first time. Watched the cook clean the worktop, pans and put hands in the bin with his rubber gloves. He kept his gloves on and started to prepare my food, food tasted a bit of bleach. I personally will not return to this place.
Literally the best chinese in the area in my opinion. Never had a bad meal out of there. Huge amount of options, polite and helpful staff, waiting time and cost is reasonable.
After waiting nearly 2 hours...The driver boasts the bag is still warm.When opened,the whole order is bust open in the"Warm" bag. !!!!. When I call and try to complain They cut me off and hang up. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish I could give this zero stars , Curry is absolutely disgusting, smells of smoke as soon as tub is opened and it tasted like an old ashtray had been emptied into it...couldn't taste anything like a traditional Chinese curry in it. It went in the bin, couldn't eat it. Salt and pepper wings were bland as were the prawn crackers. Only half decent thing was the lemon chicken. Won't ever be returning to this poor excuse for a Chinese takeaway. Complete waste of money.
Curry was nowhere near Chinese which is what the restaurant are classified as on their website as well as Just Eat, this was highly disappointing! 'Chicken' was a strange consistency, like spongy I would say. Definitely cheapest meat. Prawn crackers were clearly fried in dirty oil as they were brown and white. Did not eat much of this food and will not be ordering from here again.
Highly disappointed in my experience here. Although the food was enjoyable, our order was mixed up and wasn’t sent back to us for a further 50 minutes. Also I found four black hairs in my food, to which my girlfriend pulled one out her mouth! I do not recommend this place.
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, Sent out cold food so phoned back and was told the driver wouldn't deliver back to me. Asked for a refund which was granted but was told driver wouldn't be able to make it back until later that night. I had already dished the dinner out before realising it was cold so just flung it straight in the bin. Driver came back with refund but refused to give me it without the food so we put as much of the food back as we could and apologised. A men then phoned shouting abuse and swearing and told us to choke on our dinner without him letting me explain the situation. I have a 3 year old son which makes this even worse. I don't recommend anyone to use them, the way they treat there customers is disgrace. They should be ashamed of themselves!
