Went on a Saturday night, and the entertainment soul singers and their band were fantastic. Great popping atmosphere and aesthetics. I ordered the beef cheek as a main and Korean chicken as a starter. The beef cheek was tender and combined well with the mashed potato. The Korean chicken was nice but nothing special. I would have liked more flexibility with the menu choices but I also understand why they do it this way you must choose 2 courses or choose 3 courses at a set price. We did feel a bit rushed, it was very obvious that the staff were on strict timings with the table times but it made relaxing a little hard. Dinner was for a hen-do but the bride was told to remove her "bride" sash on what was otherwise just a pretty, sophisticated dress nothing tacky but it still wasn't allowed. Just a little weird to me. Also, some quite basic and common cocktails were not available at the downstairs bar, just a limited list. All in all, the entertainment and food were great and I would come back here for that.
I enjoyed some of the best Christmas cocktails and a fun festive night out with good food. More recently I went back for bottomless Rnb brunch in the downstairs restaurant. It was an amazing party atmosphere with a DJ on stage and delicious courses to choose from.Food: 5/5
I really liked this place. Good value for money, it was a delicious 3 course meal with 2 glasses of prosecco for £40 inc service charge. I had the lamb for main and chocolate dessert . Atmosphere amazing, the live singers were Perfect.Food: 5/5
Came here for the Thursday evening virgin experience three course meal with jazz and it was incredible. Such good value for money, good was amazing with a big selection and the jazz... Wow! Enjoyed the music more than my recent visit to ronnie Scott's!!
Probably a 3.5 overall - some of the cocktails are great, it has a classy vibe. It doesn't really strike me as a restaurant but there are people having full meals here - lands in the middle of being a bar and restaurant, whereas it would probably be better as just one or the other. Saying that, great service and an excellent banana cocktail that I wish I'd written down the ingredients. The sushi platter was a letdown for the cost, but the dessert was very good.
Attending an immersive Cuban evening with Havana Club. The venue downstairs was really chic, great lighting and excellent service. The live band were OK, not quite Cuban but more generically Latin, and the food was OK. Would definitely visit the venue again for the ambience and for drinks.
Went on a Saturday for a bottomless prosecco brunch. Atmosphere was electric and waiters were very helpful and attentive. The bar has a lot of dining space and plenty of females at the venue too.
Booked this place for a birthday. While there were many positives unfortunately so many negatives too. Positives: - lovely staff, so helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Deivid, pleasant and lively gentleman. - great band, The Fellas. Absolutely Loved the music. - atmosphere, really nice venue, nice atmosphere and clean! - desserts were tasty! Negatives: - food was not good. Starters were raw, mains lacked flavour. Staff was advised on the night but we already had all the veggie options so nothing to replace with. Set menu pre paid as well so no adjustments could be made. - music after the band was dire, felt like we were in a rave on a beach in Thailand. Not so much rnb as promoted prior to the evening. - couple staff had the urge to keep pushing us to buy bottles and/leave our table as they were making that area into VIP. Well we’d paid for the whole night including party so why would we leave? Ended up buying a bottle to appease them. So a mixture of pros and cons. Was it worth the £150 per person cost x 9, no. Definitely not and this was discussed on the night, I was told someone would reach out but not heard from anyone regarding this.
Didn’t get any food, but it’s a great casual cocktail lounge. low key atmosphere for being in SOHO. Solid cocktails, and not as expensive as I was expecting for the location. Enjoyed the “Spice up your life”
Me and my cousin got invited to club downstairs. The customer service throughout the venue was 10/10. The host offered to take lovely photos of us, the bar tenders were friendly, the decor was great and the toilets were clean. Will definitely be back to eat
