Just back from a weekend stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel is very nice and the staff are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and they are so helpful. While we were there my husband fell ill and Shane couldn't have done enough. He was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay here again. We ate breakfast here which was delicious. The hotel is also in an excellent location. Well worth a visit.
We stayed here in the beginning of July 2022. Our room was very small and the windows were facing a backyard, where a very loud ventilation a kitchen perhaps? was working during days. You could still hear it quite loudly even with closed windows. The bathroom was old and the mode of working of the shower was very strange: the temperature and the flow strength were coupled together, so to shower warm/hot one had to use a ridiculous amount of water per minute and it was so strong that it hurt!. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful.
We didn’t stay overnight in Zumi, We just popped in for an early lunch, I had the chilli chicken wrap which was absolutely delicious and looked like a work of art on the plate, Loved the pink wrap, beautiful, My Mother had the Mushroom on Toasted bread and She thought it was amazing. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Proprietors Father who was sat next to Us dinning, What a wonderful Man, We could have chatted to Him all day. The two ladies that were serving were extremely efficient, polite and I could hear them being so helpful to the tourists there. Safe to say We will be back. Thank You

We‘ve taken the early bird menu - you should order between 17:00-17:30h. The main courses were interesting and delicious. The kids had normal menu choice. The service was good and patient. Later the place was full mostly with ladies. I took one star down because it‘s a little bit more expensive than other places.
WOW is the only way I can describe this restaurant. Went here yesterday with friends for a meal and I honestly have to say it was the best meal out I have had in years and I am only after coming back from my holidays in ireland so have eaten in a lot of restaurants over the last two weeks. I can not recommend this restaurant enough for both its customer service and exquisite food. If in Kilkenny you can not leave without having a meal here first. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
Have had dinner quite a few times over the years in Zuni and it has always been top notch, well presented and tasty food. Yesterday I had the Breakfast and it was one of the nicest I have had in quite a while and I love eating out. Really bubbly and professional young team in place who seemed very experienced for their years. Continued success to you all at Zuni
