First rate. This place is off the chain. The staff are great and there's so much equipment!

I had a quick look, some very nice equipment, friendly enough staff but they are excluding olympic lifters and the bigger guys/girls. They have a lovely lifting platform, but it is pointless as you cannot drop weights. If anyone has ever done cleans you have to drop from the chest, plus you sometimes can’t keep a grip on heavier deadlifts so they go down. Great gym for fun fitness, not for serious training.
