First rate. This place is off the chain. The staff are great and there's so much equipment!

I had a quick look, some very nice equipment, friendly enough staff but they are excluding olympic lifters and the bigger guys/girls. They have a lovely lifting platform, but it is pointless as you cannot drop weights. If anyone has ever done cleans you have to drop from the chest, plus you sometimes can’t keep a grip on heavier deadlifts so they go down. Great gym for fun fitness, not for serious training.

new and shiny with top equipment and exquisite ambience...cloack rooms and showers are spacious and meet the highest expectations of most critical ambitious athlet
