Zone Fitness is a gym with a friendly atmosphere that can help you on your fitness journey with a fully equipped gym, great classes and experienced Personal Trainers!

As a member of Zone Fitness, you are welcome to use our other gyms, Zone Fitness Neston and Zone Fitness for Women Moreton

Since March 2009 (when ZF Neston was founded) Zone Fitness has helped hundreds of people get Fitter, Faster, Stronger, Slimmer, and generally feeling a hell of a lot better about themselves.

We could fill you full of meaningless information about our instructors qualifications and how good our exercise and nutrition programmes are, but we don't need to, just here it straight from our members in our reviews.

We have a supplement shop to ensure your body is getting all the nutrients it requires and we guarantee to beat any prices.

Many friendships have been formed at Zone Fitness due to the positive, relaxed atmosphere where a helping hand is never too far away. Grunters and weight throwers dont last long here at Zone Fitness, the few rules of the centre ensure a happy gym environment for all.

Zone Fitness is a great place to work out, the staff are friendly and there's a great range of workouts to do. There is a good variety of machines, enough to rival larger gyms, and plenty of weights (although the floor space is quite limited to do any routines on, especially when it's busy). There is also a great class schedule to suit anyone's needs or preferences. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the free workout plans are great for people like me who have no clue what they're doing. In some cases however the plans are made without you there, and you have to ask for demos on what the exercises are. Same with the classes, where teachers automatically assume you know what the mentioned exercise thing is. They're always happy to help if you need clarification though. There is a wide range of ages, genders, and body types who come here. There is never any shame, never any showing off, even the people who come here are respectful and friendly. It is a very chilled out and relaxed place to work out. My two main gripes (which nearly knocked this down to three stars) - sometimes the machines are not well maintained and I've noticed that they are out of order (with no signage to indicate so) for months at a time. The other severely disappointing part of this gym is that they do film and photograph you *without your permission*. I was filmed during a class recently (and have been photographed previously in a class), the act of filming made me incredibly uncomfortable. I was only told after it was posted to Facebook (oh yes, your sweaty self is going to be all over their social media) that I could request to be edited out. I understand they need promotional photos and videos to show people what it's like, but they need to be more considerate to their users when they do so. Not all of us are working out for the narcissistic boost.
