My first visit was exceptional. Lady called becky cut my hair. Very pleased. Second time i arrived early for my appointment on Thursday  only to be told another lady didnt have time to cut my hair as she had another person coming in 40 mins later (it was plainly obvious i simply needed a trim). My appointment was obviously an inconvenience to her.  I was very polite yet her attitude towards me  basically stank.  She also questioned my booking. The owner is great unfortunately how i was treated by one of her employees who i found very rude, unprofessional and made me feel most uncomfortable.  With the owner away from the business, she apparently requested on the phone that my appointment be honored, however it was blatantly obvious that the lady in the shop didnt want to make time for me at all and requested i returned another day even tho i left work early to honor my appointment. I left. Disgusted and disappointed.  My booking had been made the day before. Not encountered such a nonchalant rude attitude in quite some time. Sadly i won't be returning. Id have given 4/5 stars save for my last experience which did not warrant even 1 star.

went to Zoe's Hair and beauty for the first time today lovely friendly staff Sarah cut my hair really pleased with the cut and blow dry thankyou so much really recommend this salon thankyou
