Offering a good range of pizza and pasta in a welcoming restaurant. We were a large party but service was really good with little waiting. The food was all really good and not too expensive. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff very helpful.
My first time at Zizzi's and it was a lovely experience. Friendly and helpful staff and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Pizza to die for! Thank you.Food: 5/5
Got to be a low 4 this time, would have been 3 but everyone has a bad day. Love driving to this particular Zizzi as it feels like a restaurant and welcoming Great staff and service, location is also perfect. The wild boar starter and garlic bread were great, so was the carbonara and pizza. What I like here is the prawn starters and the picante hot pasta and is the only thing I eat at Zizzi. Unfortunately this time round both king prawn starters were bland and the pasta was dry, wrong type and no harissa heat. What a shame, hopefully it’s back to normal next time, as the best king prawn starter has been from here. apart from Blue Peter before the chef left
Out of 11 of us, only 2 meals were good. The others were not acceptable or very hot. We did advise the management who gave us a discount to compensate but still disappointing as it was a birthday celebration and we would have all preferred to have had a great meal.Food: 2/5
Our experience is always excellent when we dine at Zizzi's but today they went the extra mile . A lovely young lady by the name of Nikita served us and when our bill arrived she asked for our gift voucher code. Unfortunately this wasn't being recognised so instead of dismissing it she sat with us and helped us renew the voucher in between serving other customers with a smile a true gem. We really appreciate all her efforts thank you very much Nikita.
This restaurant is big. But there is not enough staff to handle the diners. We were seated straight away. Shame it took about 15+ minutes for us to be greeted by our server. Whom was very nice. The poor girl had around 7 tables. She had to take orders. Run food. And buss/clean her own station. Which took her away from being a waitress. Drinks took for ever. The food is nice. Which did come out fairly quickly once we were able to order. Again long times between courses because of waiting or looking for the server. if there was a food runner and table help. The restaurant to me would be so much better.
Very nice lunch. The only downside was the restaurant is quite noisy when busy due to an echo effect. Loved how each meal had calorie count next to it.Food: 4/5
Just had a meal here and I’ve got to say I have never had such a small portion of food. A lot the restaurants are at it these days. I ordered prawn linguine and I counted 4 prawns and half the amount of tagliatelle you would normally get. I finished my food before my husband did which is a first and I’m still hungry. I have given it a 2 because the food was nice. To charge £15 for that is a complete rip off. These restaurants need to get a grip and stop giving people half portions at an over inflated price
Went for a family dinner with my kids and it turned out to be the worst mistake. The lady manager wearing white top took our order and had no idea how to speak. Afterwards she shouted at one of her staff members right in front of the kids. We didn’t even finish the food and left the place immediately. I’ve never had this kind of experience in market Harborough. They really need someone with better behaviour and communication skills.
Restaurant was nicely busy, lovely atmosphere. It's a family restaurant great for children. Parts of the restaurant the lighting was bright. Kid-friendliness: It's more for kids and family I would say Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheel chair stair lift
