Have been coming to this restaurant for the past 10 years now. We cone for my son's birthday every year without fail as this is his favourite restaurant. Yesterday no gesture made for the birthday boy inspite of writing a note saying so. Food has always been the focal point of this place. Good tasty food at a reasonable price. Being a Monday the restaurant was empty.
Recommended. Booked a table for 5 on a Saturday evening in September 2022. Had been pre-Covid and found it great then. This time starters nice as were mains but latter large so suggest not bothering with starters or sharing them. Pizza so good we thought it was better than the well known Pi**a Exp***s chain! Packaging readily available for leftovers. Food quick, drinks slower as they only had one person acting on drink orders - which have to be made via the waiter. Waiter coped well with a spilt drink. Restaurant nicely decorated, open and bright. Discounts available but not on Saturdays. Cinema car park 50 metres away - free after 8pm. Parking: Cinema multi storey car park 50m away, free after 8pm. Otherwise it's only a few quid.
Me and my family had a lovely night out at Zizzi on Saturday 21st January 2023. The customer service was more than excellent. The fryer had stopped working and it was quite pressured and very busy but our server was amazing, wish I got his name. Food was good, I ordered something new and I didn't like it so swapped me my husband and was offered another pizza for my husband which I declined as there was nothing wrong with the food, it was a personal preference. But it was so kind to make that offer.

Really disappointed with the meal last night, was given an A4 bit of paper with a long list of things that were not available, including water!! I chose the Chorizo Carbonara, I did not have one bit of chorizo, it was just ham. My friend ordered a coffee, the milk was off !! we asked for a new one with a new milk - tasted fine. So really really disappointed. The poor waitress was the only good thing about the evening.
The food is not so great whatever you choose. Even was not busy, they forgot my dother meal. My calzone vas very strange as a taste, and my wife pasta no flavour. Not recommended. Was first and last timeFood: 3/5
Great food and friendly service. Only bit I disliked was the fact there was rosemary on the pizza and it wasn't part of the ingredients. Being such a strong flavour, it should be mentioned as it was a bit disappointing for someone who dislikes this herb..Food: 3/5
Visited here for the first time and hope i can come here again. All staffs was nice and the food was tasty. Drink, starter and main dishes were perfectly serviced in order and on time. Don't know how other branchs are but this bexleyheath was nice. I should've been here earlier.
Been eating here mostly twice a week since Feb 2022. Food is always exceptional and the staff are always friendly and smiling. Sandra goes the extra mile giving the best service with a smile. Thanks and thanks for the great food :
Nice food and friendly staff. Fantastic main course and desert but our starter was a little disappointing as the garlic bread was not well covered/coated also the bruchetta was lacking in pesto. But we would still recommended the restaurant. If you visit after 6pm the is free parking in the multi-story car park next door
