Food was delicious, considering it was quite busy the food came out fast. To top it off the service was fantastic, Stevie J Bearded gentleman made us feel relaxed and was so polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and he accommodated us really well. Thank you Stevie J for a great meal and for being our host. We will be back
Jessiah McKen was a great host for the evening, and truly was exceptional when it came to the birthday surprise we had planned. The atmosphere was very pleasant and it wasn't too busy when we went. The drinks mocktails felt watered down, but weren't too bad. The food was absolutely gorgeous though, and made up for it. Parking: Its in TC, the parking is insane
Slow staff, wrong meal and app not working. Usually Zizzi is a safe bet but we felt very disappointed at the Trafford Centre on a Thursday afternoon. Whilst quick to be seated the staff only re-appeared when it was apparent we were trying to order on the app as we were bored waiting. The app said that our table number didn’t exist but clearly it did. My wife ordered the Chicken salad but they brought an avocado salad instead. When we raised the issue the waiter shouted at the chef ‘Can we have a chicken salad with chicken it in’ in an exasperated manner. When our starters were brought out the waiter dropped a tomato sauce splashing all over another patron. There was little in the way on an apology, even when the poor girl had sauce all over her shoes, trousers and hair. I guess not 1 star because my pizza was pretty good? But clearly the staff aren’t interested in their jobs and there is some discontent between the kitchen and the waiting staff.
Me and my daughter were looking for someone to dine, we approached this restaurant but wasn’t very sure however a lovely man called danny came over and took us through the menu. We decided to come in and Danny was absolutely fantastic! So attentive to our needs and made me and daughter feel so welcome. Danny was so enthusiastic about the food and he was the reason we gave this restaurant a try. We are so glad we did! The food was amazing! We had starters and a main including the lasagna and wow! Honestly the service and quality was exceptional, in fact it was that good that’s the reason I came to do a review! We will definitely be returning.
I'm conflicted about my experience here. We went on Monday for dinner and opted for the 3 courses for £25ish. I was pleased with the Gluten free options available so ordered Arancini to die for REALLY good, Pizza Maria and a chocolate brownie. The portions were huge and food was OK. The waitress did advise me that gluten free was not free of contamination due to sharing fryers. I am usually OK with CC however on this occasion I was quite poorly after. As mentioned, Arancini was beautiful, no complaints. The GF pizza unfortunately was undercooked and soggy. I asked for some mayo to go with it and they advised they only had garlic mayo, but when it arrived it tasted heavily of fish so I didn't bother with that. The chocolate brownie was great, warm, gooey and very filling. The service was really slow but to their credit they were very busy! They didn't bring the complimentary pasta crisps and when I asked for them again I was told 'one minute' and never received them. A shame as I'd have liked to try them. I would eat there again but probably try pasta instead to avoid the soggy pizza base, and will steer WAY clear of the fishy garlic mayo! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Amazing ! We had the Chorizo Carbonara. Our server for the evening was Jessiah, he was great, always came round to check if we needed anything and was very attentive.Food: 5/5
Arrived at 8:05pm , two hours before their closing time and was told they couldn’t seat me on the dozens of empty tables, without a booking, because their staff were finishing their shifts. I’d driven from Liverpool to meet a friend, and watched other tables of 4 or more people be seated. Absolutely appalling customer service.Food: 1/5
Nice food but missing two toppings on pizza. Don't bother with a fancy pizza, might aswell just get a standard one at this going lol. Staff were polite and place was clean. Everything else was good.
The waiters were so happy and friendly. They seemed to really love their job and wanted to help us in any way they could. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault anything. They gave us a tub to take away our food when we got too full. And they were always prepared to help us. Also, the service was so quick, no more waiting 15 minutes for a drink, try less than 5 minutes here!! Could not fault this place at all!
Had a very lovely meal in Zizzi with my family. It was especially enjoyable with how fast and attentive the service was. Naomi was lovely and really took care of us this evening. The only 2 food options that I really wanted were sold out unfortunately but Naomi helped me choose a pasta dish that I loved based on her own taste. Vegetarian options: Goats Cheese ravioli
