Visited on Christmas eve. Had the set menu. Beetballs for starter were very tasty! Food in general was good. Staff were great! Premises seemed OK to me. Previous negative comments but I didn't notice that. Toilets upstairs probably a good thing to point out.
Everytime I came in, I LOVED IT. I just got my TasteCard to go more frequently to Zizzi, truly. Costumer service and service table is awesome, they were all polite and kind people asking everytime if everything was alright and good, jokes were much appreciated x I'm going back for sure in May!!!!! #ZizziLover
Used offer available for buy one main get one food which made the meal good value. We went for pasta, pizza x 2 and salad and that worked well followed by sharing 3 puddings amongst the 4 of us. I will admit I have had better pizza before the calzones are good but overall a pleasant family experience and customer service was good.
Wonderful, after a disappointing afternoon this was a welcome evening treat, the garlic bread was something else! Server was attentive, especially with the lady dining on her own to the right of us, made a real effort to make sure she was looked after and not lonely, lovely stuff! Worth a visit!
Food was edible, but the whole place was grubby and I had to get my drink replaced twice. Once because the glass gave the drink a really weird taste, then a second time because the bottle had a load of grime around the rim at the top. We also asked to move tables as we were sat next to a wall and there were old food stains and splatters all over it. The whole place could do with a bloody good scrub up and an inspection I think!
Nice place. Extremely nice wait staff. They do absolutely everything to keep the clients happy and wanting to stay longer. And it worked with me : The chocolate desert is a definite must-eat. I wish I had tried it earlier.
Lovely vegan garlic bread and vegan lentil ragu! Vegan cheese on pizza, not so good.
Came in on a cold day wanting some comfort food, was told that they were not serving the soup after I ordered. The platter for one I ordered looked and tasted like it had been swimming together in oil before being plated. I was disappointed. Beside what they lacked in food, the service was friendly and the wine selection good.
We ordered two pizzas and meatballs for the four of us, but I decided to go for a lighter version. Left the restaurant feeling half full. The pizza was very nice, but not big enough to fulfill us. £43 in total for 3 meals and drinks??? Not reasonable prices at all. We won't go again just because of the prices!
Usually a nice experience. I have recently gone Gluten Free and they were very accommodating... although the GF pasta was very under cooked and very chewy. Hoping it was a one off. Prosecco was also flat ... but they did change when we pointed that out.
