I booked two adventures here as part of my holiday itinerary, the coaster and zip safari. A beautiful location with plenty of parking. The staff were brilliant, friendly and informative. A mistake was quickly rectified for my booking by reception. We walked up to the coaster to begin. The coaster operator briefed us in controlling the brakes. A first class service. Only downside was the small cafe wasn't open when we were there. So we walked down to the main cafe. Prices were fair to above average but the service and food was good. Welcoming and friendly staff. The zip safari briefing was clear, understandable and informative. The instructor will give you as much assistance as you need and made everyone comfortable for the experience ahead. You will then be hooked up to the system once you're happy! The course itself can take up to two hours to complete but I finished it in 40 minutes. Definitely would do it again!

daughter has been asking to come here so made a visit today... Beautiful place... Great staff.. tad expensive though £20 each for the coaster ride and another £20 each for the treetop nets.. but daughter had a blast and really enjoyed playing. Food & drink is excellent too... But would be no probs to bring your own food.

Fantastic experience on the forest coaster. Fantastic staff, all of them was very pleasant and you could tell they enjoy their job. They talk you through it as i was a little nervous. Scenery was fantastic and a relaxing ride to the top. A little pricey but all in all really enjoyed the 3 rides.

Great place for family fun. Big choice of experiences. Very professional. Great cafe. Yummy sausages.

Loved it! It was freezing when I went and a lovely guy let me borrow his gloves while going up 😊 staff all friendly, helpful. Not great for buggies or wheelchair users
