We used to dine here all the time, but stopped during covid as there were no delivery options. Decided to try it again after such a long break and I'm pleased to see that things haven't changed and Zinga is still great : They don't sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own, there's Co-op right next door so that's very convenient.
Lovely place, great staff, food is amazing. Thank you Zinga for the best Christmas ever. You are wonderful. Takeaways are fab too. Christmas dinner curry was a great idea. We love you.Food: 5/5
Zinga has been my local Indian for the last few years. The guys who work there are great, especially Bob who always looks after us! The food and service are always top quality, and their Monday banquet night is definitely something not too be missed!

Food is always nice but was massively overcharged. Yes I should have queried at the counter but I was with my 11 month old and didn’t need confrontation. I am a new resident of Aston Fields and feel ripped off… It’s not a nice feeling seeing as I like to support local businesses. I’m not saying avoid but CHECK YOUR BILL!!
Picked up takeaway, got it home but was completely bland. Possibly the most tasteless curry we've had. Such a shame as staff were really nice and it was recommended. We shall now continue to use 5spice in Bromsgrove as they have always served a lovely meal. Vegetarian options: It was Vegan but as previously stated, no taste.
We have ordered from Zingas many times, tonight portion sizes much smaller, poor quality meat although prices are higher. We won't be ordering from Zingas again in future
First time i've ordered from here, and I ordered because of the reviews. I was shocked it cost me £33 for 2 Curries, Onion Bhajee, Rice and Chips. Curry was bland, No spice, Unseasoned. Onion Bhajee was just Onion deep fried, and Burnt. Chicken was dry. Chips were Pale and greasy. Never ordering again. I've had better Microwave meals from Iceland. No Love has gone into making the meals I had, And I couldn't eat it because it was that bad. I understand there's a recession happening but that's even more reason to make your business shine above the rest. If that's the best they can do with £33 then they must be making about £28 Profit because Id say the ingredients only came to £5, and If an Indian Chef made my meal he should be ashamed of himself.
Ordered takeaway at 6.30 with delivery due at 7.15-7.25. After chasing on a number of occasions it finally arrived at 8.35… cold and not particularly appetising. I would not use this place again.
Proper Birmingham Balti! Visited recently on a Friday night and had an amazing Balti Saag Gosht! It was without a doubt the best Balti I’ve ever had with service to match and much better than anything I’ve had on Stoney Lane or Ladypool Road. It’s also good to see a restaurant this busy with a level 5 food hygiene rating.
