We arrived and they sent us to a dark place in the corner, the old waitress was cold and unfriendly, they never ask us if we were ok or if we were happy with our food. I called the other waitress a few times to ask for a fork or another drink, she was ok...but the worst part is that the guy from the kitchen was giving us bad looks who knows why... to finish with the bad experience they surpirsed us with a bill more expensive than Jamie's Italian! PLUS they charged 10% extra without even asking, I always give 10% tip but forcing someone to do it NO, NO!!! ...they said for service!  We were polite and we said thank you and bye, they never replied back...so rude!  Bad experience, avoid that place like the plague!

WE got delivery and got over charged but was fast service. Pizza I got looked like they closed there eyes and threw toppings on the air and hoped for the best. Presentation was real bad.

I have never been unsatisfied with Zincos. The prices are very reasonable, staff are lovely and the food is scrumptious. Recommended to everyone.

Very nice customer service and the food is delicious. My all time favourite Italian Restaurant in Borehamwood.
