I have been visiting this saloon for 2 years and always felt in safe hands with Marcy. My appointment today was for 9.30 with Nancy and she never turned up. Marcy tried to fit me in best she could which resulted in horrible highlights in my hair. When I asked that this be fixed, Marcy agreed immediately but the other lady (nancy sis) started becoming quite hostile, questioning what I had requested and saying it was just fine and how dare I be unhappy. She than supposedly finished blow drying my still wet hair and her attitude was just get out of here. To top it all she charged me 75 with no explaination of why?! Never using this place again. The management there really doesn't care about their customers and I felt sorry for Marcy who obviously cares for her customers.

I had a full head of highlights before I went away on holiday to touch up my roots. Unfortunately I still had the brunette roots which is why I got it done in the first place! When I came back from my holiday, I explained the situation to them and they would not fix the problem that I had already paid a lot of money for, and wanted to charge me again!! Not impressed at all.

reported nasim to trading standards because she charged wrong price and refused price list and lied .nancy / nasim the manager cant speak english and doesnt understand english and is a rude horrible person that gossips she refused to do my hair for free under the consumer acts right for damaging it and marcy has no experience doing hi lights on dark hair or red hair. Nancy is only good at eyebrows but the way she talks to customers is awful ive been a customer for years but when I tried to complain she laughed at me and said stop calling you won't get partial refund. She told me she doesnt like asian customers because they cheat and she doesnt care if they have issue with salon. Marcy keeps speaking bad of her customers . She laughed at an older man who speaks to him self and talks about women who argue with their husbands also gossips

I brought a voucher from Groupon for full head highlights and hair cut. I am not pleased at all, as the customer service is horrible, the owner is extrenely rude and ready to fight over anything. They messed up my hair colour, I chose maroon and the outcome was bright red! When i complained they made a big deal, and asked for more money in order to fix it.
Additionally I was charged another 35 for hair colour that faded two weeks after and the bleach started to show up.
I do NOT reccomend this place as its a rip off and the outcome is horrible.

I went in with a voucher to do highlights and hair cut, the owner is extremly rude, I was being very polite but all she was interested in is getting more money out and she said ‘its my place you dont tell me what to do, if you dont want to pay extra then you can leave’ how rude!! She ruined my day!! People should boycott her so she learns some costumer handling manners
