Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars and just write a review I would. Received the wrong order I asked for my egg to not be runny as I am pregnant and I received a runny egg. Was given the wrong bread for one of the breakfast rolls and no sauce when I asked for it. After receiving this order I called up to make a complaint and the call handler did not give me a chance to speak. He suggested for me to put the egg in a frying pan if I want it more hard and also told me it’s fine to give him a bad review and not to come back here. Never had such bad experience when trying to get food. Never again!

poor customer service charged for an item that was not delivered and when called to inform they did nothing to rectify the problem and in fact hung up. Guess the customer is not important to them. No more repeat business. Good luck if you ever have cause to complain to Zest as they will do nothing to help.

First order the bread was dry, second time not all of the order arrived, third time the food was cold! Service was appalling. Do not waste your money.

Ordered for the first time today. Amazing food, great prices, arrived earlier than expected, very friendly delivery man. Will definitely be ordering again and telling family and friends! Thank you very much :-)
