Enjoyed another top class tribute evening at Zen Garden last night. This time it was Tom Jones and at £35 a head it offered excellent value. The food was excellent as always and the staff efficient and courteous. We all had a fantastic time.

We went for Sunday lunch buffet. The restaurant was quieter than I thought it would be but the service was friendly & helpful & the food plentiful & tasty. I would go again & maybe in the evening.Food: 5/5

The best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! I’ve been coming here for years with my family and we absolutely love it. The staff are beyond lovely; they are so friendly and accommodating, truly superb customer service. The food is outstanding; there is a massive variety to choose from, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the Beef with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce, or the Chicken with Mushrooms, and for dessert the Toffee Banana is excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope to continue coming here for many years to come!
Nice decor, friendly staff, and good value Sunday buffet. The food is pretty standard fayre for a Chinese restaurant but that's not a criticism.
I've been using Zen Garden since 2006 so even before it was actually Zen Garden - remember Pang's Villa! and have found it to be generally very good Chinese food, whether eat-in or takeaway. That said, in the very early days it was a bit hit-and-miss. However, I wanted to finally write a review, as over the years I think Ivan and his team have worked wonders at improving the service and quality to superb levels. Our meal last night was absolutely sublime, and I'd like to thank him, the chef and everyone involved for the standards they now seem to be setting. Many thanks!
Best Chinese I've ever had...gorgeous restaurant,food was 5 star...exceptional value for money...we has the set menu for 2.....could have easily fed 3 or 4. The staff in the Zen are just so friendly and accommodating...will definitely be going there again.Food: 5/5
First time I've ordered as new to the area,probably the worst Chinese I've ever had the misfortune of ordering, egg fried rice wasn't fried ,chicken balls were soggy in side ,the chicken in the curry had a weird texture to it,the dishes lack seasoning and flavour, overall very disappointed, will never order from here again.
