The restaurant is fairly modern with a good variety of dishes to choose from! Their food is made with the best ingredients and are very filling even if you have a big appetite! The staff member Steph was very friendly and professional. I messed up my order and she happily helped me with the mistake without any hesitation. A great asset to the restaurant. Would definitely visit again. 5 stars all round
An Italian chain restaurant. I was concerned that the food may be mediocre but I was wrong. The food was very good and I think that the amount of people trying to get a table without booking was testament to it's popularity. It was very busy. The food was well presented and served hot, the staff were friendly and attentive. Zizzi is in a prime spot opposite the theatre where the area seems to have it's own vibe.
good food but we had to ask multiple times about our starters as they had forgotten, which then came after mains. also we asked for the table to be cleaned as last customers had left food and drink on there, but they did not do a good job. Good was good though - pizzas very big
Had lovely lunch here whilst on a day trip to Bath. Staff very friendly & very efficient, we got a table for 2 people very quickly & drinks order was taken quickly along with food order. We had passion fruit Mocktails & was given some nibbles to be going on with before food arrived, which wasnt long at all, I had Mushroom Risotto, my friend had pizza, we shared garlic bread which is the best I've tasted & chips. All food was delicious, the portions were generous, in fact my friend couldn't eat all her pizza & was kindly given a box to take the rest home. We have been to Zizzi in Derby & Sheffield & always have a tasty meal. The restaurant was very clean & tidy as were the toilets. We would definitely have lunch here again & can highly recommend. Thank you.
Glad we booked a table as it was quite busy in the evening. We had to wait 5mins for our table but we got led to a nice booth table. Staff were friendly and efficient. A new menu with plenty to choose from including veggie options. Love their cocktails. Used our Zillionaires perks to get a discount which was a bonus.Food: 5/5
I had the vegan risotto which was so tasty but it was so expensive but the amount of food I received! Totally not worth it. Two stars for having vegan options but this could be improved by having more. There’s only one vegan pizza one the menu, one vegan pasta which is the lasagne, and one vegan risotto. I’m always grateful for these vegan options but it’s 2023, pizzeria like this should do better.
It's pizza, what can go wrong? Set up and making the impression of a fast-food chain, but with good pizza and some interesting menu choices. Prices are steep, but you're in the UK, what did you expect?
Went here for lunch today, very good choice on the menu. Really tasty food and reasonably priced. Nice decor and friendly staff. Would definitely go here again.
Lovely meatballs but disappointing gluten free with squiffy tummy afterwards at Zizzi, Bath – full 2* star review at coeliacwellnes.com. Excellent allergen information and some coeliac friendly plant based options, but didn’t have a great experience and probably wouldn’t return.
The service was okay, staff were friendly. I ordered a spaghetti Bolognese and The food was not to my liking. It was really blend, suitable for anyone that doesn't like spicy food. The quantity was very less not worth 10.95. will I visit again? I don't think so.
