We were genuinely and happily stunned to enjoy this gem of a restaurant. First class fine dining, in Indian food. The food really is exceptional, beautiful, original and delicious with a good vegan menu available. The service was second to none, attentive, polite, informative and friendly. The atmosphere and decor was soothing, quiet and done well. Our only surprise was that it wasn't already jam packed! DEFINITELY recommended, a rare treat. Notes; Spiced crab starter was sublime. Fig and coriander naan was pure genius. Lemon and mustard seed rice was perfection. Lamb shank was a spicy gastronomic delight. My vegan dining partner was also very happy with their choices too.
I attended the masterclass cookery course. The first cookery course I had ever been on. It was at the right pace with excellent direction on the spices used and the different flavours. My wife and I have just enjoyed the dishes I prepared . Thank you Zari
Amazing food and great customer service. Went there for a evening meal with my wife and the staff were super friendly. I would recommend the biryani, and the king prawn dishes. I came here from a recommendation after I was told it’s much better than your average Curry house. would definitely visit again.
By far the best Chicken Dum Pukht Biryani Lucknow style preparation I have had in UK. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive. Food was delicious, succulent tender chicken with the right amount of spices and not overuse of cardamom. Sweet Lassi was amazing too!! I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crawley.
When I mean worst Indian takeaway I have ever had, this is the worst by a long shot. When I opened the curry, the container was half full. Then I generally couldn't finish the food it was so bad. The paste felt like it was from a tin. Generally avoid if possible.
Service was amazing! All the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was equally as good, there are many traditional Indian dishes. We ordered the fish curry and it was so smooth and silky. I don't handle spice well but everything was flavoured so delicately. My partner and I will certainly be back to try even more!!
Taking up a recommendation from a friend we decided to go out for a curry we were not disappointed. We’ve been looking for a restaurant where we can return again and again. The service is wonderful and the ambience really authentic and as for the food well we’ve never experienced Indian food quite like it. We choose the specials and wow what can I say we ate the lot, I can’t remember the last time I ate in an Indian restaurant and left nothing but tikka sauce. This place is not about sauce it’s about fine Indian food at great prices the wine prices were fair and reasonable too we will back week after week.
Called In today. A warm welcome, great service and excellent food. We would highly recommend. All deserts were home made and delicious. You pay a bit more but excellent quality! Will call in again when in the area. Highly recommended. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces on the road opposite the restaurant.
Excellent experience! Waiter was very knowledgeable about what to recommend and the provenance of each dish. Had an amazing 2 courses, which was exceptional in it's taste and quality! Highly recommended to someone who wants a taste adventure! Food: 5/5
Me and my wife just stopped here on our way back from the airport, heard of this place but never tried and now we regret not having been here sooner, the atmosphere is so fine and lovely, the staff it's very welcoming and as someone with a degree in hospitality they respected many rules of a good service very well, it's actually the first place in England that knows and does this, and I have been to some luxury hotels and no one has ever done so well. Food is delicious and their vegan menu is worth a try. Loved it loved it loved it, if you haven't tried it you are definitely missing out. Vegetarian options: Vegan meal
