Do NOT eat here... terrible food. Seriously go anywhere else to eat. I would have preferred luke warm road kill. Wish I would of checked on here first... wont make that mistake again. Shame you cant rate negative stars. Just 100% poor food. Do NOT eat here.

Allot of these reviews for this place seem unjustified, iv ate here for a couple of years not religiously but one of our favourites. However i have always collected as with any pizza shop, delivery isn't great since they are so busy with Just eat orders. When collected there Parmos are probably one of the best around and nice portion sizes! people moaning about the accents of the phone operators do have the option to order and pay via just eat. ( We do live in a multilingual area ) so i dont see what this is even a problem for most people?? I would recomend this pizza shop to anyone. PS. Please Zara stop changing your chips!

Must have new owners, gone right down the pan. Chilli sauce like ketchup, parmo or chips no where near as nice as they used to be, couldn't understand a word when phoning order, price was more expensive when it arrived, can't pay over phone, most went in the bin. Won't be going back

Customer service was not acceptable. So called "manager" was not professional at all. We did not receive our full order and manager was not willing to accept his staff did not deliver the full order. He is a prick and I have recordered the conversation as he was sooo rude and disrespect to me and my family. I have ordered from Zara's soo much but I will NEVER EVER order from them again due to this!!! I am not a happy customer! 😡
