Honestly would probably give it a 0 because the manager was so rude towards her staff she made a girl cry for following instructions the set that morning and as a costumer I can understand that she is really rude. She was extremely rude at me for wanting to exchange something if I hadn’t seen this manager today would 100% give it a 5 stars, the staff are so sweet and it’s somewhere I have visited for the past 10 years honestly staff deserved so much more.This lady has a horrible representation on the company.
Unpleasant Experience at Zara Store - Refund PolicynnToday, I visited the store and patiently waited on a queue for approximately 30 minutes. Upon reaching the till, I was informed that refunds cannot be processed at that location. To my surprise, there was no clear signage indicating this policy, causing a considerable inconvenience.nnThe situation escalated when I approached the manager, who not only displayed a remarkable level of rudeness but also blatantly lied about the existence of a sign. It was evident that the sign was only placed there after our interaction. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.nnI believe that honesty and transparency are crucial in customer service. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also reflected poorly on the overall customer experience. I am disappointed by the lack of courtesy and the refusal to address a legitimate refund request.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers deserve a respectful and transparent shopping experience.
Absolutely a mess, no fitting rooms available. Not enough staff, did wait over 1 hour queueing up for a return, only 1 till available for returns, ridiculous. When people started to complain after over 60 min waiting another till opens to help out. It's not worth shopping for Zara.
I went during the Boxing day period and was amazed to see the stock which they have although it seems to be on the corner of the Mall we missed seeing this outlet for good 2 visits. They do men, women and Kids on the same floor with different till, so overall happy with the store
It's ok, tiny mens and children's department. Big floor space, the staff in the womens department, drag the clothes if it's a long garment, along the floor back to the respective rails. Its wierd, the customer do it as well. They drag their purchases around while the browse, then put them back or check out at the till with garments they are satisfied with. I have taken a star away because the lighting is leden.
