Very shocked at how messy the store was and I’m male. Visiting from overseas so not sure if it is the overwhelming attitude from customers or staff but tons of clothing just slung and left on floor. Such a shame this seems acceptable.
Went at the weekend. The staff were slow, unhelpful and more interested in discussing what time they were leaving to go home. We waited over 50minutes to be served there were only 5 people ahead of us when we joined the queue, there were lots of other staff around but they refused to open more than 1 till.
Customer service at the store is disgusting. The woman with three lip piercing has a bad attitude. She continuously made rude faces to the customers and was gossiping about other customers with her colleagues in hijab. Asked her something about the app she responded - I don’t know I’m not a cashier despite serving on the till , instead of asking her colleagues for more information no respect for customers
We will never shop at the Windsor store again, the lifts down to the children's wear are always out of order. Management are rude and very unhelpful. Took us 20 minutes to get served with only one person in front of us. When people in the que said to management about helping at the tills she flatly refused
The store is very dated in its style, fixtures etc which is usually fine, but in this case the shop was incredibly, incredibly messy. You usually expect Zara to be a bit messy as they never seem to have enough staff, but this branch is something else. Every table without fail had a mountain of other clothes piled high, and rails which were also messy with miscellaneous pieces. After a quick walk around, we decided that attempting to find anything we liked was pointless, and promptly left. Such a disappointing experience even for Zara’s standards.
Some customers have complained about the service they received from an employee. There are no name tags on the employee, probably because he gets a lot of complaints. This is not the first time that Zara has been accused of poor customer service. In fact, the store has a history of receiving complaints about its employees. This latest incident is just another example of why Zara needs to improve its customer service. Zara has come under fire for the high prices of their clothes compared to the quality of the garments. Some customers have complained that the clothes are not worth the price tag and that they have had issues with threads coming undone and seams ripping. Zara has responded to the complaints by saying that their prices are in line with other retailers and that the quality of their clothes is on par with what is offered elsewhere. It is clear that there is a discrepancy between what Zara customers expect in terms of quality and what they are actually getting. Until Zara can address these concerns, it is unlikely that shoppers will be willing to pay premium prices for their clothing.
Clothes are looking good but the quality is really law. Pretty much it can be compared to paying price for gold and getting in return scrap. The people who serve the clients are not very friendly. Specially managers can be rude and cranky when they are bothered to answer the customers. I wish servive had been better, personal approach and less attitude when there had been a complaint brought to attention of the menegment of this store! I had not really had good experience myself.
Useless staff - bought 2 gift cards for Christmas - zara put money on one and not the other - very unhelpful and rude when I returned to try and sort it out. Left with same empty gift card unresolved!!
It’s a small store but with a good selection of clothes. It can be very busy sometimes, especially on weekends, so get ready to queue to the tills. I’ve read other comments about staff but I have not experienced any bad customer service here yet. I guess that recruitment is a huge challenge and I’m not surprised that sometimes they don’t get it right. After all most of the interviews are a waste of time as you find more about the individual’s capability and ability to work within first week.
Came today to see what they offering on sale.Didnt stay long as service there on top floor is terrible and unprofessional, 2 teenagers were talking boy and blond girl ,staring on customer and instead of greeting or offering help we're gossiping about customers, felt so uncomfortable and left immediately, Not happy to go ba k very soon, shame
