First visit to Zappas and I was really impressed. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. I had a cut and blow dry with Kaitlin who catered for my needs. Very friendly and very helpful staff.  Katelyn sat with me and asked what I would like done, she understood exactly what I wanted and did a really good re-modelling and I was more than happy with the end result.  Will definitely go back, no hesitation.

I called in to Crowthorne Zappa’s as I’d just got fed up with my hair. I got an appointment the same day and I’m really pleased with my new do. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my stylist Amanda really listened and gave me a great cut.

I never had any problems before but I went about 2 months aga they said they could do my hair slightly lighter all over & took over 5 hours & was 3 different colours & they did see me the next day to sort it out was very expensive & ruined my hair

I visited the Salon in Crowthorne, because I was staying in the area for a short holiday and read the reviews. Great and friendly welcome from Tracey, fantastic management of my "I am not sure when" booking and 5star service, with coffee, massage whilst hair washing and very professional hair cutting. The only regret is not living close enough to go there often. But thank you girls, I do recommend this Salon.
