I’ve been having my hair done by Jack now for around 7 years and I can honestly say he’s the best. I’m always so happy with how he does my hair and, whilst remaining professional, talking to Jack feels like you’re talking to one of your mates. Kind, funny, and very good at his job. I sometimes even travel 3 hours back from uni just to go to this salon because there’s nowhere else I trust more. Thank you Jack x

I have had my hair done by both Jack and Zane in Urban and they are both amazing. They listen to what I want to achieve in my hair colour and the atmosphere is always so great in there. The salon is so beautiful and spacious A little mention to the ladies Sam and Ange who always tops it up with best hair wash in Knutsford. And coffee is amazing too Highly recommend urban sanctuary xx

After years of cowboy hairdressers, I don’t trust anyone else but Jack Holland to do my hair! He has completely transformed it and always knows how to tackle it, his talent is unmatched and unsurprisingly was a nominee for a Hairdresser of the Year Award 2023. My hair is a big part of my job so finding the right stylist is SO important. Jack has styled, cut, coloured, taped, toned and sewed in my hair in preparation for Celebs Go Dating, Eccom shoots and in a couple of weeks will be getting it ready for New York Fashion Week, where I’ll be walking the catwalk. Jack goes above and beyond to fit me in and make me feel amazing before big events.The chairs at the sinks have a massage function as well as a hot drink and biscuit on arrival, the appointment is super professional and he makes you feel like a princess and even has a little nifty card machine. I often bring my chihuahua on Sundays and he’s always welcomed with a wee treat. Thank you so much for all your hard work in 2023 and can’t wait to see what magic you create on my hair in 2024

Jack has done my hair since i was little and I will never ever change hairdressers! He’s the best around. Always the most perfect outcome, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Jack is my stylist but everyone at the salon is amazing was made to feel so comfortable at my last visit. Feeling a little low about the condition of my hair and apprehensive about a big colour change, Jack and Zane both made me feel at ease with such a big change. The salon is beautiful, the massage chairs at the backwash are a huge bonus, and the coffees lush. Pricing is always reasonable and I’m always fitted in at short notice. Thanks Guys

The stylist Jack Holland has been doing my hair for years. There is no one I trust better than this man, to make me feel beautiful and welcome. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and I never want to leave after getting the spa treatment with free coffees and a massage chair for the back wash. Jack is both experienced and diverse in his abilities. I have very fine damaged hair, he has restored its health and now we're on a journey to grow its length. I can't thank Jack and the team enough for caring about what's best and advising me with products and a treatment plan. We've done everything from colours to curls, and.i would recommend him time and time again to people of all different hair types. Love you Jack and how hard you work !!!!

Always a 5 star experience and warm welcome when visiting the salon.  The salon itself is beautiful and the massage chairs at the back wash are a real treat!  Jack has done my hair for years and never disappoints!  He always works his magic when colouring my hair and compared to other salons in Knutsford is very reasonable priced too.  Jack is always the first person I recommend to family and friends.

I’ve been getting my hair done with Jack for 5 years now and don’t have a bad word to say about him! He’s absolutely amazing at his job, I would never trust anyone to do my hair other than him - I’ve even moved away and still travel back for him to do it. He’s so lovely and accommodating, even having appointments later in the evening after most other places are closed to fit around your work. Can’t praise him enough

I always feel welcomed by him and everyone else that works there, nothing is ever too much trouble. Whenever anyone needs their hair doing he is the only person I would ever recommend!
