I wanted to help the Iranian Community so I decided to go with Zagros Travel. I found them disappointing and unprofessional. They are just words and empty promises. They are good at praising themselves and get friends and family to leave them good reviews, but when it comes to delivering I found them lack in all the aspect of their service. 

I was travelling Middle-East a month few weeks ago. I was doing my online checking a day before and to my surprise I found out my departure Airport had been changed. When I contacted Zagros travel they claimed they did not know anything about it and my only option was to buy a connection flights to be able to make my travel. I was so stressed,as my holiday that I planned for such a long time is being destroyed. They holiday was not cheap and to demand hundreds of more just before traveling make me so irritated. I already had planned and budgeted everything. No apology was offered and they seem as if they could not care less what would happen to me and my holiday. 

Adding salt to my injury, I noticed my flight time had changed drastically and my connection flights were 12 hours apart! Again Zagros Travel claimed they did not know anything about it. It is a well known fact that the airline will notify the agents as soon as any change has been made. In my case Zagros travel did not bothered to pass the message to me and try to rectify my problem.

I have never experience such a lack of proficiency and care in any travel agency all my life..They advertise great holidays to lure you in as soon as you've bought the ticket there is no service at all.

I don't recommend Zagros travel to anyone. If you want a hassle free holiday don't go with Zagros travel that blows his own trumpet.

I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Zagros Travel for arranging my recent travel to Dubai. The travel consultant was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. 

I highly recommend anyone to give Zagros Travel a  try for any travel requirements.

I discovered my connection flight was cancelled when I tried to check-in on line a day before my flight was due. Zagros Travel did not inform me of  any changes and left me to contact the Airline directly. Zagros Travel in no way tried to resolve this problem and left me helpless for several hours. I found out who supplies their tickets and called Shiraz Travel who were very apologetic and resolved the problem in half an hour.  Zagros Travel showed a disappointing lack of customer service and empathy. On my return, I had an email from Zagros Travel which offered me a £20 deduction for a further flight with them, however I felt this is adding insult to injury, as neither I or any my friends and family would ever use them again. Zagros Travel were unprofessional and staff seem to have no training on what their duty of care is or their responsibilities are.

Zagros travel made the preparation simple and kept the holiday experience organised. Zagros will provide the best options for travel and multiple options for your holiday experience.  I would definitely make this recommendation.
