All the team at z bridal were lovely especially aniqa!!! Can I just say the customer service given by aniqa was exceptional. She catered to all my needs and had also helped me out last minute when another makeup artist had cancelled on me. I cannot fault a single thing in her, the makeup she did was stunning and she was ever so polite. Would definitely recommend everyone to book in with her she’s a star
I had booked in last minute for hair and makeup and can honestly say the team is amazing! The customer service is excellent, I had no clue about hair & makeup yet they made me feel at ease and created an elegant look for me. Would definitely recommend them! Fantastic work, keep it up!!
I booked with Aniqa which was the biggest mistake, she has no customer service skills and extremely arrogant. I booked in December and payed my deposit. After she took the deposit i didn’t get no text or confirmation saying my booking. She continued to read my messages and not reply. She said she will give me a refund as she doesn’t wanna do my makeup, I waited a few days and still no refund. I came to the studio to speak to someone about this as no refund has been sent. I’m still stuck without a refund and she kicked me out the studio and said don’t come back again. Wish i could’ve saw all these bad reviews before booking one horrendous experience that I don’t wish on anyone else I hope no one books Z bridal studio again. Aniqa shared my number to numerous guys. I got phone calls recently mentioning about this, especially behaving like this in the holy month of ramadan. This is why you shouldn’t let a 20 year old run a business.
I would highly advise for anyone to not book in with Z bridal studio, specifically Aniqa, she has a terrible attitude especially in the month of Ramadan. I booked in and paid my deposit in January. After she took the deposit, she didn't reply to any of my messages till 4 months later. I wanted to add another person onto the booking. I messaged about that and in return she cancelled my booking. She said she will give a refund but continued to be rude over insta dms. Told me to keep checking my bank account for the refund? I turned up to the studio after a couples days and was told that it's not my dads house to turn up for my own refund. Anyways, got my refund but never again would I go here. Wish I had read the bad reviews on here before.
Really helpful and understanding staff. Learned alot throughout the course and have gained knowledge on makeup application and cosmetics. Also, if I could not attend the day set the tutors gave options to come in other days of the week to catch up or if anyone needed more support this option was available as they would take time out to help. This was really helpful as it helped me complete my course because the tutors provided the support and would stay back to help me and other students who needed more help with portfolio or demos on different looks. In the diploma different looks and media makeup is covered which gives you many options for career progression and I have enjoyed doing every one of them. Would definitely recommend!!
Really nice teachers, great class and great value. I really enjoyed the course and have successfully learnt immense amounts of knowledge regarding makeup application. The course comes with very good detailed information including a step by step guidance for a variety of looks and the opportunity to watch a professionals show you how to create different looks, which later you practice in class and are given personal feedback catered to your specific needs. Make-up looks different on different skin tones and having that step by step guidance to fall back on is excellent. I would highly recommend this course! The trainers are very courteous and always make sure all your needs are met creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to learn in.
This course changed my life, it gave me confidence and boosted my self esteem, just as I finished the course I gained full time employment, I couldn’t have done this if I hadn’t attended the course. Thank you for changing my life for the better, thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet such lovely people I now call sisters, thank you for showing me how to apply makeup I always get compliments about my own face thank you just isn’t enough, you really will be rewarded, god willing. Also can I just mention that the tutors were very professional and very supportive, I failed two practicals but the tutors told me to practise at home and when I did I passed! They had faith in me when I didn’t have any in my self, thank you again!! I remember on enrolment I put my hand up and said I don’t have a single clue about makeup and I’m not creative... the tutors said don’t worry u will by the end and now MA I’m pretty confident, this wouldn’t have happened without the lovely tutors who have so much patience teaching us adults.
Joining the VTCT Makeup Artistry Level 3 Diploma Course was the best decision I made. The tutors are there to help you through every step of the way, they’re friendly and give you a lot of support. Explaining everything in detail showing you through demonstrations so you can visually see how everything is applied, explaining all the techniques you need. The tutors are fun to be around you can call in anytime if you are struggling with anything e.g. portfolio or media makeup. They’re always willing to take time out and help. I really enjoy this course as it gives you a feeling of belonging to a team you have a uniform and this makes you feel being a part of something amazing. This course gives you the freedom of choice as it will definitely open the doors of employment or self employment as you have media, camouflage, bridal, body art and a lot more to offer. Would definitely recommend this course to everyone and anyone as you have a very friendly warm n welcoming atmosphere. So if you want to or have the chance to change careers this is definitely the course you want to do. As you can build a career in TV with the media makeup you learn or become self employed as a makeup artist the choices are endless. Well pleased with myself for starting this course.
I was from the Wednesday group n I n so many other girls enjoyed the class. We loved and enjoyed everything including the staff we had to attend an extra week. We have learnt so much from attending the classes not just make up the media side to things too. We have built a good connection with our group we didn’t see each other as students we see each other as a family. We have built so much confidence and we wouldn’t have done that with out the help of the trainers.
Zbridal has given me the best experience ever and thats all down to the supportive & helpful staff who took time out wherever possible weather it was within work hours or after work hours to help me with my looks, portfolio,exams and any general concerns i had. For my first exam i was very nervous as I have never sat an exam before & the staff gave me all the knowledge i needed and encouraged me and that helped me pass my exams. I would 100% recommend the vtct course to anyone & everyone who is looking to go into media or beauty industry. The knowledge i have gained from attending has opened many doors for me, i dont have enough words to describe how hard the staff have worked to help me.They have given me confidence to go out and do something for myself.
