Make your own hotpot! Don’t be like me and put too much in your bowl, or it’ll be around $30. My more reasonable sister had a $25 bowl and it was plenty.
the woman at the front desk would rather be on the phone than help customers. She didn’t greet me when I walked in or even attempted to help me in any way. All she did was glance over and continue with her conversation on the phone despite my order sitting right in front of her ready the whole time. It wasn’t until the male worker blonde hair resurfaced to help me out. He is great but the woman shouldn’t be working here because she has a horrible attitude and demeanor that makes you never want to return. Horrible
Ordered on uber eats and the food was very overcooked and with unpleasant watery aftertaste. Asked to replace the broth to vegetarian and they ignored the comments. Bad customer service. And all that for 30$
This place freakin rocks!!! Went here for the first time last night with my bestie who told me about it & I wuz totally blown away! Its soooo bomb-A-licious dude OMFG! I'll most definitely be coming back in the near future especially for their deliciously refreshing Fresh Pressed Watermelon Juice drink Ah man sooooo freakin yum
The package is cute, and the pudding is sooo good! I wish it were less pricey so I can buy it everyday
Pretty good. Self-serving style, put what you want in a big bowl and they will weight it. Got extra spicy and it tastes good
BUILD YOUR OWN HOTPOT?! The concept: it lets YOU control what you eat and how much you eat. And I personally love the different kinds of hotpot ingredients they have to offer! Be careful though, if you go in hungry you could easily grab too much food and the price will be a bit much ~$12 per pound of hotpot ingredients
This is the first restaurant I went in after I got to Irvine and have visiting this place for the past three years. Very good place for hot pot even in the evening.
Absolutely see why this place has so many negative reviews. Customer service is horrible. Lady was on the phone with a friend when I first came in. And then started getting mean when asked a couple questions. Avoid this place like the plague
