I went to Llandudno Hospital when I got bitten by a dog, and I really liked it there. The nurses were really calming and friendly and I felt at ease when getting treatment. This is a great little hospital for minor injuries. My mum went to Llandudno hospital when a dog bit her upper lip, can't fault the healthcare.

I visited the Minor Injuries Department this week after damaging my wrist in a fall. From start to finish I experienced the most friendly and professional staff I have ever encountered in any hospital. Thank you so much for the for the care and consideration you gave to me.
Went to Llandudno General today as the waiting time was less than my local hospital Glan Clwyd. Absolutely fabulous in there. Everyone I was seen by was extremely polite, helpful and very apologetic about waiting time. I waited about an hour for an xray with Julie and then another hour to see Dr Christina. All in all was a brilliant experience, hospital was lovely and clean and the staff should be proud of the way they treat patients.
My name is Stephen waring and I had the unfortunate task of having to come here today. Because of an injury I suffered IE a broken toe and a split in my toe also from the moment I arrived the care I received was second to none from the receptionist to the nurses and X-ray staff they really looked after me very well stitched me up and sent me on my way this service must be a god send to Llandudno and surrounding areas really appreciate what you all did for me many thanks once again forever grateful Steve waring
Despite clearly being under enormous pressure, the staff I encountered today at the Minor Injuries Unit could not have been kinder or more professional. We hear horror stories about waiting times but 4 hours from start to finish was brilliant. Thank you to you all. You're doing a great job in difficult circumstances.
Fast and efficient service. Had a head injury and was seen and treated quickly. The staff were really friendly, caring and professional.
