Cannot make contact,by phone.Either engaged or just ringing out.So frustrating as I live so far away,from my mother,who is currently a patient,there.Also,asked if a doctor could ring me at a specific time,so that I would be home from work to take the call,and I'm still waiting.I appreciate that they are busy people but when a member of your family is poorly and you live at the other end of the country,it's very frustrating.

just went to the aneurin bevan hospital in ebbw vale for chest x ray at  5.25 told wrong time only open for minor injuries department , no 1 in there so sit down and do nothing rather than do my chest x ray which he said doesnt take long now i need loss work to go get it done .only the nhs could do this no private company would have people sat down and turn people away thx
