Dreadful customer service , was misinformed for months that an engineer was coming out to do checks on gas fire etc when on one was booked. Complaints procedure was awful really couldn't give a damn about customer service. Every time I've called to book for a repair their proviso is always if engineer calls out and repair is found not to be covered then they'll charge £80 call out! Do not get cover from this company. I have used Homeserve/British Gas for years you'll get much better service from them. Pay a little extra and get the service YourRepair have been terrible.

Great company. I have home cover with them. This is my third repair. They sent a specialist Baxi engineer to repair my boiler who was excellent.

Please stay away. Do not pay less and go this company. Rubbish service. rather pay more and stick to Home serve. I am stuck in a contract not sure how to get out as these guys are not even FCA registered so follow no rules.

I had a lot of trouble with my old boiler and really didn't know what to do for the best. From the start I was given fair and honest advice. I had been given a quote from a leading company and 'YourRepair' was able to beat it. They installed a new boiler in a day and it was no bother. Friendly honest people, just what I wanted!

YourRepair plumbers did a superb job with amazing Service provided. Through no fault of their own they were let down by suppliers. Adam worked tirelessly to resolve the issue so that they could repair our shower as quick as possible. Working in the service sector I have never worked with anyone who went above and beyond to make it right as much as he did. Then they ensured that the repair was completed around when I could be available, so no stress about rushing back or being home from work. The repair was completed to a high standard and fixed! Thank you
