Brilliant and friendly service, they were able to fit us in the same day we rang and gave a clear price for what was thought to need replacing. When the locksmith arrived and uncovered that the fault was with a different element that was clearly explained along with price for that new part along with advice to update the cylinder to comply with fire safety regs. Would v much recommend
