I came across MAG Accounts after researching local accountants in my area to do my tax return. I am very happy i chose MAG Accounts. They are so much better than the last company i used. They are very responsive in emails and phones calls which was something very important to me. Extremely happy with their service.
I was recommended by a friend I don't live in Loughton it is actually nearly 30 mins drive away and I have many other accountants in my area so I was slightly reluctant in the beginning. I'm glad I took the chance to meet them. Very welcoming kind considerate human beings!. With the world getting all automated you feel humans are lacking the care and concern they used to have. Where Good old days of customer service seems to be non existant nowadays with everyone seeing you as currency and opportunity. MAG Accountants seem to remind you of that excellence and sincerity and integrity. They take a lot of care in their clients and you feel they really want to help. Naeem in particular was available to assist me in weekends and took out time when he was off work to answer calls and assist me. I will recommend them to all. EXCELLENT SERVICE! WELL DONE!
Naeem was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say he is one of my best recommendations. Very thorough, quick and professional service. I was a little apprehensive at first not knowing what would be expected from me and how difficult it would be to manoeuvre the systems. I was walked through the whole process step by step and with ease. Naeem was Available to answer questions over the weekends too which was really helpful.
