Given a 'guideline' of 15 days to calibrate a flowmeter. Three weeks later, extorted for an additional fee to get the unit calibrated and back. Advised that only customers who pay the extra 'premium' are guaranteed any time frame for return and that all other jobs just get pushed back in favour of these customers!
