Fantastic day out for the whole family and dogs. Spacious, beautiful fields, hills, pathways, woodlands, meadows. Sculptures very interesting and it's so exciting to walk and almost Hunt to discover another one. Cafes, shops, galleries, toilets on side. Staff extremely helpful. Entrance £6 parking included. Stunning views. Highly recommended attraction, very close from M1.
Brilliant, best experienced on a nice sunny day like we had today. If you want to experience the whole park you will need to spend the whole day and walk some considerable distance. I was there for over 3 hours and felt like I had only scratched the surface. Be aware that you have to buy your tickets beforehand but having said that we bought ours 1.5 miles from the park.
We spent a lovely morning in the sunshine today walking around the park, galleries and the shops. Finished off with a nice coffee at the Weston where our car was parked. Excellent value for money. Spent £6.00 each which was well worth it for a morning. You could easily spend all day here and bring a picnic. We'll be back soon.
What a great day out! It's a big site with fields containing sculptures and sheep and a big lake surrounded by woodlands and more sculptures. Perfect place for walking the dog . It has a visitor centre with some good art, a gift shop and a cafe upstairs which has fabulous views of the park. The cafe does cater for vegans.
An absolutely amazing location to visit. As the wild life nonchalantly wanders around ignoring the sculptures you can marvel at the inspiring art on display. The temporary displays are always worth exploring too. You might even be lucky to see some truly wild creatures as you explore the landscape. Definitely a place to return to!
Exceeded our expectations, the park was much larger than we had expected and really well maintained. Great if you have a dog as plenty of open spaces to explore. Lots of art to see and exhibitions, the Annie Montgomerie exhibition was particularly good. Coffee was great and the gift shops were stocked really well, great place to find gifts. Very good value for just £6 entry.
absolutely beautiful scenery and sculptures. even on an overcast day the park is a guaranteed lovely day out. it's currently £6 per person cheaper for students and i believe senior citizens too and parking is free. dogs are allowed but need to stay on the lead because of all of the cattle. some areas dogs can't go in. the food is decent price £6-12 for a meal and drink and is very fresh and tasty. i recommend 3-4 hours here if you want to see everything and a bit longer if you want to stop for lunch or can't walk very fast.
Beautiful place to visit with so much to see and do. Workshops and activities for the kids, lovely food. Generally a really peaceful and awesome place with new things to see through the year. The current Robert Indiana exhibition is fantastic and is a must-see in my opinion.
Great place to spend a sunny day. Good for families, with lots of sculptures nearer to the entrance or not too far to walk but then there's also lots of land and a good circular path to walk if you want to go a bit further. It's easy to spend all day here. Bring some drinks and food with you though, the cafe prices are quite inflated.
Great place for a day out. Need a whole day to see and walk around the park. We only saw half of the park as we reached there in the afternoon. Restaurant is there in the Arcadia and there’s facility for breast feeding and siblings can also spend time with toys and books kept in that room. I should go again to see the rest of the sculptures.
