I went for a consultation here and was told I was not an ideal candidate for a hair transplant. I was offered "Low level laser therapy" combined with a course of monoxidil. Which I was disappointed in as I really wanted a transplant. I went away to think about it and did some research. Low level laser therapy wont grow new hairs, it's designed to maintain existing ones, exactly the same as Monoxidil and you can get that from boots for around £10 a month! Whatever they tell you about how is supposedly works the truth is it's a bit of a scam. Sure they may be studies out there that shows it "could" help to maintain hair but the fact is there are no published medical trials / evidence that suggest it is a good method for hair loss. Anyway a few months later I looked into hair transplants abroad and chose turkey as my destination. It cost me £2600 for a transplant and a year later I have a full head of hair... before i was a norwood 3. I'm so glad I didn't go down this route now listening to Clinics like this one who are only after one thing; your money. Read other peoples reviews Low level laser therapy doesn't work, what people possibly perceive to be regrowth is probably from the monoxidil taking effect and that is only minor effects so long as you are on it. In my opinion LLLT is a scam, and these not so clever clinics are scamming people into it because they know how important self image is and are taking advantage of that. If you want your hair back, go get a hair transplant. - As per their response about my lack of donor hair; I have extremely thick donor hair. In terms of my loss pattern I was less than a Norwood 3 which is an extremely ideal candidate for hair transplantation. I could easily have another If I want to thicken up the area as I get older and thinning continues to occur which it often does. Why would you attempt a complex surgical procedure like FUE when your Laser therapy is just a nice easy little scam that appeals to the majority of people since it isn't surgically inclined?

Always a warm welcome from Sean, Collette and the team and they go out of their way to accommodate my needs with appointment times. Every step of the treatment process is explained clearly and thoroughly so you know exactly what you're getting. Although the treatment takes around 6 weeks to start working properly, if you follow the program you will definitely see some improvements. Over all a good and pleasant experience, would recommend!

Very disappointed very upset, paid £1500 zero result. Don't be like me waisting time and money.

i have been using the clinic for over 6 months and i have been so chuffed with my result - im glad i found this place as it has helped me so much when others in the profession could never give me answers and basicaly justtold me to live with it but these have been so helpful and are such lovely people - CD 2017

they are all very nice, but the treatment isnt what i expected,, i bought from groupon, after my 12 sessions, no improvement, was given medication to take along with the treatment, now they saying i need to take more treatment and if i stop taking the meds my hair will all fall out, wasted my time and money
