Called in the Morley branch 0n 25th August to deposit a large cheque . Both windows were in use serving customers but after a long wait and listening to social chit chat between customer and cashiers the waiting time was in excess of what one would expect. Therefore we left and put the cheque in our account at the Halifax bank where customer service was more professional.
