Two appointments made for them to come to my home, both appointment's missed, no phone calls or contact from them. Waste of time and no customer care.

Really pleased with the overall service & quality of the product, very pleasant & polite people to do business with & really pleased with the curtains & track supplied. They are a very busy firm & occasionally couldn't contact them, but they always responded to any phone messages left for them. Would definitely use them again.
