Traveled all they way from Liverpool after waiting 2 weeks… was assured that car is perfect.. all checks are done no fault at all and ready for collection. Massive oil leak from engine…. Wasted all day and money… won’t recommend  *** I am not sure what checks they do before selling ….can’t spot oil leak *****

Visited to view a used car, pleasant staff, car ready for test drive, left us to it, answered a couple of questions,  deal struck, arranged to collect following weekend after car was serviced and MOT'd. Easy completion of documents/payment/tax pleasantly surprised they'd put it in the showroom for us given it wasn't a Vauxhall so we could look round before taking it. Would use again but unlikely as we're over 100miles away. Good experience

My mate Andy took me here to get some silly little springs for my BMW and they were on the shelf waiting for us when we turned up after a quick call to them. Guy was really helpful and weren't very expensive. Thank you much for your help,much appreciated

I found a car I wanted online having already agreed finance with a company, I phoned the dealership and spoke to Paul sweetingham, who booked me in for a visit of the car within the hour when I arrived it was already waiting for me to test drive the car itself looked almost new 19 plate, I decided to buy the car and let the finance do its thing, nothing was to much for Paul, I rang and asked if I could collect earlyer and despite being busy he managed to fit me in, nothin was to much and there wasn't any of the pressured off-putting sales techniques you find elsewhere, he even sat in the car with me to set up my phone and go through any question 10/10 would use again. And the car is in an amazing standard very pleased customer.

I have recently bought a used Ford Fiesta from Paul Sweetingham at the Wellingborough branch.  I found this car on the internet and it was in immaculate condition, clean and tidy when delivered.  I have never purchased a car without physically seeing it but Paul did everything he could to put my mind at rest that this car was as described, providing me with a walk around video and answering questions honestly.  I cannot recommend Paul highly enough and the service he provided on behalf of YW&R.  If you are considering buying from this company, have no fear you will receive a first class service. Thank you Paul for all you have done in making the transaction so smooth and stress free.

I initially thought this was a great dealership after reading the reviews, but the way I was ignored after taking a deposit was quite shameful. I put a deposit on a car and for reasons beyond my control I had to withdraw. The car was out of sale over a weekend, but I was still informed that my deposit could not be returned, and the car was put back on sale. I went back to them to proceed with the sale a few days later, only to be told that the car had an issue and could not be sold, and that it was going to an auction.  After several calls, I finally had to go to the dealership to convince them to return my deposit. I know several smaller dealerships that won't  hesitate to return deposits in similar circumstances. The whole fiasco left me without a car for nearly a month waiting on them.

Great car dealer, quality service from the car sales, service which is rare these days, they clearly care about their customers, following on from my previous comments, on Saturday we collected my daughter's car, Ben was the salesman, he has been brilliant, very well organised, he kept us in touch all week around the collection, the service department completed all the minor tasks I wanted sorting and some I didn't, the valet was excellent, Ben even matched my daughter's phone to the car,  The way they handed over the car was exceptional, removing the cover was a special moment for my daughter, well done Ben and the rest of the team, as my daughter works in Manchester the umbrella will be useful as we all know it always rains in Manchester!! Thanks Again, keep up the great customer service

Purchased 2008 a year ago. Engine issues within the 1st two weeks returned the vehicle. They had the car for over 2 weeks with the fix being replacement coil pack? then two weeks ago the timing belt failed and a new engine required! Turns out the timing belt was a recalled part, the check was carried out but the belt wasn't replaced. Currently fighting peugeot for an offer of good will, they've offered 65% meaning I will have to pay &gt;£3000. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
